As a HACCP Certified Company PT. Pasific Tuna Mandiri meets the global standard for quality control in food safety. Starting from the first stage of production we follow a strict receiving and checking process to ensure that we are selecting the safest and highest quality raw materials from our suppliers. In order to assure and guarantee both quality and hygiene during the production stage, we always adhere to the latest food safety standard supported by necessary hygiene equipment and qualified quality control personnel.
The high protein content causes tuna to be easily damaged if it is not immediately processed and stored at high ambient temperatures and can cause histamine. We always maintain room and fish temperature according to standards by checking it every hour and we also conduct a laboratory test everyday using BIOLAN Technology to ensure the raw material and finish product is meeting our food safety standards.
